On April 2, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited (CRCHI) and China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei. Witnessed by Zhao Hui, Party Secretary and Chairman of CRCHI, and Sun Xuejun, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Coal Mine Construction Group, He Yongjun, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice General Manager of CRCHI, and Guan Wanzhong, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Labor Union, and Employee Director of China Coal Mine Construction Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

Zhao Hui congratulated China Coal Mine Construction Group on its achievements and briefly introduced CRCHI's history, business segments, and development strategy. Zhao Hui stated that CRCHI is actively implementing its medium- and long-term development strategy of "One Determination, Five New, Six Transformations and Six Highs," adhering to independent innovation, cultivating and developing new quality productive forces, and is committed to filling industry gaps and striving to build a world-class modern high-end equipment manufacturing and service total solutions provider. He expressed the expectation that through strategic cooperation the two parties will integrate resources, share information, join strengths, and complement advantages to jointly achieve high-quality development.
