On March 19, the signing ceremony for the Zoomlion Mining Machinery Equipment Industrial Park project was held in Changsha. The project will be located in the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan and planned output value of over 10 billion yuan. It will build a full-industry-chain ecosystem for mining equipment integrating R&D, manufacturing, and services, adding strong momentum to Changsha's efforts to build a world-class construction machinery industrial cluster.

Peng Huasong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor; Zheng Ping, Vice Mayor of Changsha; Fu Xuming, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone and Secretary of the Changsha County Party Committee; Jiang Hongbo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone; and Zhan Chunxin, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and CEO of Zoomlion, attended and witnessed the signing. Luo Kai, Co-President of Zoomlion, signed the agreement with the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone on behalf of Zoomlion. Hu Keman, Yuan Ye, and other Vice Presidents of Zoomlion attended the signing ceremony.

On behalf of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Peng Huasong congratulated the signing of the project. He noted that Changsha has always kept in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's earnest instructions and has continued to work hard to build a national highland for advanced manufacturing. The scale of its construction machinery industry has ranked first in the country for 14 consecutive years, and the city has successfully risen to 5th place among China's top 100 advanced manufacturing cities. At present, Changsha is anchoring the beautiful blueprint of the "Three Highlands and Four New Missions" and pooling the city's efforts to build a global R&D center city, with boundless opportunities and broad space. The project signed this time is large in scale, promising in prospects, and strong in competitiveness, fully reflecting Zoomlion's high recognition of Changsha's business environment and full trust in Changsha's future development. Departments at all levels must adhere to the principle of "responding to every request and not disturbing when not needed," create a first-class market-oriented, law-based, and internationalized business environment, and promote the project's rapid landing, rapid construction, and rapid achievement of production, contributing more Changsha strength to the building of a manufacturing powerhouse.

In his speech, Yuan Ye expressed sincere gratitude for the support given by Changsha City and the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone. He said that Zoomlion will fully leverage the excellent policy environment and industrial ecosystem of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, integrate its own innovation and intelligent manufacturing advantages, and make every effort to build an industry-leading "full-process intelligent manufacturing factory for mining machinery" and a "leading enterprise R&D center," accelerate the formation of a globally competitive 10-billion-yuan-level mining machinery industrial cluster, and help build Changsha's modern industrial system.

Mining machinery is one of Zoomlion's most important strategic emerging segments.
