On March 5 local time, in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, Zoomlion's tower belt machine product specially built for hydropower construction was successfully delivered to the customer. With its localized and customized innovative design and outstanding performance, it won high recognition from the customer and the project owner, and will provide strong support for Saudi Arabia's infrastructure construction.

According to reports, the delivered tower belt machine will be used in the construction of the Trojena tourism project in Saudi Arabia's NEOM New City. The project is one of the core projects of Saudi Vision 2030 and will also be the venue for the 2029 Asian Winter Games. Zoomlion, together with the customer NFT Company, carried out 120 days of customized development targeting the dam construction requirements of the project. The R&D team achieved a breakthrough in the modular integrated design of the tower belt machine's entire system and succeeded in one-time tower erection, commissioning, and testing.

As a new type of concrete pouring equipment, the tower belt machine combines a tower crane with a belt conveyor to achieve multiple functions in one machine. Zoomlion's R2300-64-TB40 tower belt machine has a maximum load moment of 2300 t.m, a rated lifting capacity of 64 tons, a maximum independent height of 94 meters, a maximum pouring distance of 105 meters, and a maximum conveying capacity of 400 m³/h. With strong continuous pouring capability, high efficiency, and wide coverage, it can fully meet the project's construction needs. At the same time, Zoomlion innovatively adopted a multi-purpose adaptive system for the climbing frame and a dual-operation-source control system, truly achieving dual-driven development of "high safety + high intelligence."

At the delivery ceremony, Zoomlion simultaneously launched the "More Than You Care" Saudi service tour for construction hoisting machinery and issued to the customer a full-life-cycle service commitment letter featuring "timely response, efficient solutions, rapid supply, and value-added services."
