As of February 23, the cumulative power generation of the Indonesia Bengkulu Power Station since commissioning has exceeded 5.5 billion kWh. The achievement of this milestone demonstrates the positive contribution of the Bengkulu Power Station in safeguarding power production in Indonesia's Bengkulu Province and the Sumatra region, and in promoting the sustainable development of the local economy and society.

Since its official commissioning on July 27, 2020, the Bengkulu Power Station has been actively committed to high-quality development, making every effort to improve equipment reliability and unit health, and has consistently provided clean and reliable power support to the local area through an efficient, stable and environmentally friendly operating model.

Among these, power generation from 2021 to 2024 each exceeded 1.1 billion kWh; in 2023, cumulative power generation reached 1.216 billion kWh, a record high since commissioning; in both 2023 and 2024, the units achieved "zero unplanned outages" for two consecutive calendar years; in 2024, Units #1 and #2 achieved 292 days and 315 days of continuous safe and stable operation respectively, setting new records for continuous single-unit and dual-unit operating duration since the station was commissioned.

The Bengkulu Power Station has always taken stable production as its foundation, adhered to a problem-oriented approach, and gone all out with multiple measures to actively ensure the long-cycle continuous safe and stable operation of the units. In terms of coal management, it has expanded coal supply channels through multiple means, overcome coal market fluctuations and supply challenges, and achieved stable and reliable coal supply. It has continuously strengthened the weighing and quality inspection of incoming coal as well as coal blending and coal stockpile management at the coal yard to ensure the quality of coal fed into the boilers; in terms of safety management, it has adhered to the safety management policy of "safety first, prevention foremost" and built and continuously improved its safety management system. It strictly implements the "two permits and three systems," regularly organizes emergency drills and safety training, and effectively enhances employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities; in terms of production management, it has strengthened operation monitoring, earnestly carried out equipment inspections, and promptly identified and eliminated hidden dangers. It has pursued lean operation adjustments to ensure the units operate in an efficient and stable state. It has done a good job in daily defect elimination and routine work, continuously improving the timeliness and completion rate of defect elimination. It has scientifically carried out scheduled maintenance and strictly controlled maintenance quality. It has implemented targeted technical transformations to fundamentally resolve long-standing technical bottlenecks.

The Bengkulu Power Station will uphold the concept of lean management, continue to deepen the refined tactics of "four watchings, four guarantees, four mores, four lesses," continuously improve its operational management level, make greater contributions to Indonesia's local energy development and livelihood improvement, and actively set a successful example of China-Indonesia energy cooperation.
