President Su Zimeng Invited to Attend the Roll-off Ceremony for the 5000kJ Single-Acting Hydraulic Pile Hammer
On February 24, the 5000KJ single-acting hydraulic pile hammer jointly developed by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yong'an Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. was successfully rolled off the production line in Wenzhou, marking a major breakthrough for China in the field of heavy hydraulic equipment. Su Zimeng, President of the China Construction Machinery Association, was invited to attend the event. Wang Shifeng, Party Secretary and Chairman of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., Lin Deng, General Manager of Yong'an Machinery, and relevant leaders from Wenzhou Municipality attended, along with Cui Taigang, President of the Association's Pile Machinery Branch, and others.

In his speech at the roll-off ceremony, President Su Zimeng stated that the successful roll-off of this 5000KJ hydraulic pile hammer is not only the crystallization of the strength and wisdom of the two enterprises, but also marks another solid step forward for the industry in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing. It is of great significance for improving the construction efficiency of China's offshore wind power construction, reducing construction costs, and promoting the development of green energy. At the event, President Su Zimeng also stated that, relying on rich offshore wind power construction experience, the research team conducted overall digital virtual assembly of the three-dimensional solid models of the pile hammer's components and carried out strength verification of each component, achieving domestic production of the hammer's steel structure, hydraulic system, and power unit, with key core technologies such as the hammer core, follower, and cushioning system independently controllable. He expressed the hope that Yong'an Machinery will complete the follow-up engineering work, optimize the delivery schedule, and achieve on-site construction verification of all performance indicators as soon as possible.

General Manager Lin Deng stated that the equipment holds more than 20 utility model and invention patents. Its most core large forged parts challenge the high technical level of domestic forgings and are all made of alloy steel, ensuring stable operation even under highly corrosive conditions, including marine environments.

Extra-large hydraulic pile hammers are core equipment for China's offshore wind power construction. In recent years, with the development of offshore wind power, the unit capacity of turbines has become increasingly large, making the development of larger-specification hydraulic pile hammers urgent. To break through technical bottlenecks, CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. joined forces with Yong'an Machinery and other upstream and downstream units in the offshore wind power industry chain to carry out specialized research on extra-large pile hammers, achieving remarkable results. The single-acting hydraulic pile hammer rolled off the line this time—the YC-280—has a hammer core weighing 280t and a maximum impact energy of 5000KJ.
