II. Auxiliary Hoisting Personnel

(I) Safety Education and Training for Operating Personnel
1. Conduct special technical disclosure training based on the load-bearing characteristics of components, ensuring that the hoisting state of components conforms to the design load-bearing condition, and preventing damage during hoisting;

2. Prepare necessary connecting tools according to the installation method of components to ensure quick installation and reliable connection;
3. Training of tower crane operators and signalmen; conduct trial lifts before formal hoisting to ensure normal operation of hoisting machinery and raise safety awareness of hoisting personnel;
4. Conduct safety and technical disclosure for hoisting personnel and special training for auxiliary hoisting personnel.

(II) Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment

Standardized wearing of personal protective equipment

III. Fixing Systems for Prefabricated Components

(I) Independent Support Rods for Prefabricated Columns

1. After hoisting is completed, installdiagonal braceson the column surface and floor slab; the long screw rods of the diagonal braces are 3800mm-3000mm long, with an adjustable length of ±200mm.
2. Adjustment of column installation accuracy: use the adjusting rods of the diagonal braces; in the direction perpendicular to the column surface, use the long diagonal brace adjusting rods to control the verticality by adjusting the horizontal displacement at the top of the column through the adjustable device.
3. The diagonal braces of the column can be removed 24h after grouting is completed.
4. When installing diagonal braces, a stable and reliable step ladder must be used.
5. The tower crane can only release the load and unhook after the diagonal braces of the column are installed and tightened.

(II) Independent Support Frames for Prefabricated Beams and Composite Slabs

1. Supports for prefabricated components or temporary installation supports shall comply withthe construction plan and relevant technical standards;
2. The support frame can only be removed after the cast-in-place concrete strength in the upper composite structure meets the requirements, based on site-cured specimens under the same conditions, and for no less than 7 days;
3. Operators must strictly follow the specifications; prefabricated beam and slab components shall be temporarily fixed when lowered;
4. Stacking loads on beams and slabs shall be strictly controlled.

The support system and PC hoisting plan must both pass calculation and be approved by the enterprise's responsible person and the chief supervisor.Calculation yields σ=16336/(0.312×384)=136.283N/mm2, meeting the load requirements.

(III) Independent Diagonal Support Rods for Prefabricated Exterior Wall Panels

1. After the exterior wall panel is hoisted to the design position, initially fix it with diagonal tension members. While the diagonal tension rods are being fixed, the lifting equipment is permitted to release the load; the lower and upper bolts are then initially adjusted and can be released.
2. After checking that the embedded parts of the diagonal tension rods are secure, fine-tune the verticality of the panel through the diagonal tension rods.

(IV) Installation of Prefabricated Stairs

Note: Prefabricated stairs are installed using rigging and balance beams that have passed design and acceptance.

IV. Safety Warning and Protection at Pick-up and Set-down Points

1. After PC components enter the site, stack them neatly, distribute and transfer component loads reasonably and effectively, ensure stability, and avoid structural damage to components caused by adverse loading.
2. During unloading and hoisting of PC components, set up hoisting areas and safety warning lines, and prohibit unauthorized personnel from walking within the coverage area.

V. External Scaffold Protection

1. Select the external scaffold protection system according to site construction conditions.
2. All external scaffold protection systems require a special plan and can only be used after passing acceptance.

3. Prepare detailed drawings for special external scaffold protection systems; the plan must complete expert review.

VI. Tool-Type Protection for Edges and Openings

Note: During construction, close edge openings in a timely manner; carry out relevant hoisting and installation only after edge and opening protection is completed, ensuring production safety.
