On February 12, the 2025 Annual Work Conference of the Energy and Environmental Protection Technology Branch of CCCC Xizhu was successfully held. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the conference fully implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee, and implemented the spirit of the Second Session of the Fifth Workers' Congress and the 2025 Work Conference of Xizhu Company. It comprehensively summarized the work in 2024 and studied and deployed the work of the Branch in 2025. Hu Lin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Xizhu Company, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Yu Yonghong, General Manager of the Energy and Environmental Protection Technology Branch, Zhao Fei, Executive General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of the Branch, and all employees of the Branch attended the meeting.

Hu Lin spoke highly of the Branch's performance in 2024. He emphasized that the Energy and Environmental Protection Technology Branch must, first, clearly define its strategic positioning, unswervingly build up confidence in development, shoulder the important task of the Company's transformation and upgrading, and take up the banner of expanding incremental growth; second, focus on improving the efficiency of resource integration, promote integrated construction, and accelerate integration into the Group's entire industrial chain; third, attach importance to scientific and technological innovation, increase the technological content of products, and form core competitiveness; fourth, improve quality and efficiency, seek benefits from management, optimize the management model, and enhance management efficiency; fifth, improve product quality, form a complete service system, and foster brand awareness and awareness of excellence; and sixth, strictly control various risks in production and operation, including operational risks, financial risks, and potential risks in the process of safe production, so as to ensure steady production and operation. In addition, Hu Lin also put forward specific and clear work requirements on strengthening the basic work of Party building, discipline construction, and work style construction. He stated that the Branch should adhere to a high-goal orientation, consolidate work responsibilities, and provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of Xizhu.

Yu Yonghong, General Manager of the Branch, delivered a speech entitled "Identify Core Advantages to Seek New Development, Highlight Key Directions to Bravely Expand New Increments, and Make Every Effort to Promote New Breakthroughs in the Company's Transformation and Upgrading." The speech comprehensively summarized the work of the previous year, scientifically assessed the development situation of the new year, and made clear that the work in 2025 should be guided by the "Six Leaderships," practice the strategic layout, and achieve the "Three Breakthroughs"; adhere to scientific and technological innovation and shape core advantages; deepen institutional reform, strengthen internal control management, and seek benefits from management; strictly control risks and hidden dangers and build a solid barrier for development; and lead high-quality development with high-quality Party building, helping to build a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise with outstanding core advantages and distinctive characteristics."

Zhao Fei, Executive General Manager and Party Branch Secretary of the Branch, delivered a work report entitled "Party Building Leadership Empowers, Deeply Tap Advantageous Potential, Innovate Development Momentum, Improve Management Efficiency, and Comprehensively Promote New Breakthroughs in the Company's High-Quality Development." The report reviewed the work in 2024 from five aspects and comprehensively deployed the key work for 2025 in seven directions. The report pointed out that it is necessary to firm up confidence, unite as one, and strive forward. In accordance with the general requirements of the "Year of Breakthroughs in High-Quality Development," it is necessary to take up the banner of the Company's transformation and upgrading, shoulder the heavy responsibility of expanding incremental growth, and comprehensively promote new breakthroughs in the Company's high-quality development.

Tang Xiaofan, Safety Director and Deputy General Manager of the Branch, delivered a work report on safety production entitled "Strengthen the Safety Foundation, Lead a New Journey in Safety Production, Improve the Basic Level, Build a New Ecosystem for Safety Management, and Safeguard the Company's High-Quality Development Path with Solid Safety." The report emphasized the need to conscientiously implement the relevant work spirit of CCCC Group on better coordinating development, the "top priority," and safety, the "matter of paramount importance," closely follow the work deployments of higher-level units, steadily advance the "Three-Year Action for Root-Cause Treatment and Tough Battles" and the "Three-Year Action for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection," and jointly build a safer, more efficient, and greener working environment, contributing to the sustainable development of the enterprise.

In his concluding speech, Yu Yonghong emphasized that all employees of the Branch should deeply understand the decision-making and deployment of the Party Committee of Xizhu Company, deeply study the profound connotations of the four concepts of "emancipating the mind, seeking benefits from management, outstanding core advantages, and shared benefits," anchor on the four grasps of "market, management, production safety, and brand building," maintain strategic resolve, firm up confidence in development, and contribute to building Xizhu into a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprise with outstanding core advantages and distinctive characteristics."
