Over the past few days, projects at home and abroad undertaken by the Sinohydro Bureau 3 have seized the golden construction period, ensuring safety, controlling quality, and accelerating progress. With full vigor and horsepower, they are striving to achieve a strong "good start" for the new spring, and construction sites across all projects are buzzing with activity.

At the construction site of the Shaanxi Shahe Pumped Storage Power Station, a key project implemented under the national 14th Five-Year Plan, the project department has made every effort to promote the resumption of work and production at key engineering sections. It conducted a detailed review of 51 working faces, including the upper and lower reservoirs, permanent and temporary roads, and various caverns, clarifying the direction for optimizing technical schemes and the key points for preparing construction resources, thereby providing technical support for the smooth progress of the project. Targeting key links such as cavern excavation, open excavation, road construction, scaffolding erection, mechanical equipment operation, temporary power supply, lifting and hoisting, and fire protection, it systematically formulated risk pre-control measures to comprehensively strengthen the project's safety defense line. It carried out strict inspections of key areas such as the access traffic tunnel and the ventilation and safety tunnel to eliminate safety hazards, and promptly completed the submission of relevant materials such as safety technical briefings for resumed working faces, ensuring that the project's resumption of work and production is carried out safely and in an orderly manner.

At the construction site of the Yunnan Shiping Irrigation District Project, one of the 150 key water conservancy projects under construction in the country, the project department adopted "three measures" to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are in place, safety awareness is in place, and project construction progress is in place, making every effort to boost production. Before the Spring Festival, it prepared a special work resumption plan, determined responsible persons and time nodes for resuming work and production, ensured implementation of the work, assigned dedicated personnel at each stage, and coordinated the resumption of work and production. In accordance with the safety rules of "personnel, machinery, materials, methods, and environment," it conducted special inspections, safety education, and technical briefing training before resuming work and production, ensuring that personnel have strong safety awareness for construction, adapt to construction work, and guaranteeing the safe operation of materials and equipment. A total of 6 special training sessions and briefings were carried out, covering all personnel and teams returning to work. Through joint special inspections with the supervisor and the owner, work resumed immediately upon passing inspection. It continuously strengthened the five-minute pre-shift safety education, with special reminders regarding commuting traffic safety, construction fire prevention, and temperature changes. The project department implemented "QR code" management for teams, affixing a QR code to each construction worker and using colors to distinguish work types and manage various information, improving management of migrant workers, advancing information-based management, and safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers.

At the construction site of the Guinea Amaria Hydropower Station Project, a key project under the national Belt and Road Initiative, a scene of vigorous activity unfolded during the Spring Festival. Braving high temperatures and intense heat, the project team stayed on the front line of construction, making every effort to advance the installation of embedded pipelines for Unit 3 and the powerhouse sump. After the tailrace elbow pipe and tailrace cone pipe of the first unit arrived, the project team responded quickly, deploying personnel and equipment and organizing personnel to unload the trucks. After intensive work, 47 truckloads of goods were successfully unloaded, laying a solid foundation for unit installation and fully ensuring project progress. The sand and gravel mixing production system produced about 1,200 cubic meters of concrete, providing solid support for the smooth pouring of the first batch of concrete for Unit 1 of the hydropower station. The project team also carefully created a rich Spring Festival atmosphere so that every employee could feel the warmth of home. The camp was decorated with lights and colorful ornaments, red lanterns hung high, and Spring Festival couplets and the character "Fu" adorned every corner, with a festive atmosphere of celebration everywhere.
