Recently, the municipal infrastructure upgrading and renovation project in the Gaoxin Project Area of Xiashan District, Weifang, successfully completed its completion acceptance. The project construction unit Guojun Urban Construction Investment Company, the design unit Weifang Municipal Design Institute Co., Ltd., the supervision unit Jinan Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., and the construction unit Sinohydro Bureau 6 Co., Ltd. conscientiously fulfilled their primary responsibilities during the construction and acceptance stages, ensuring that project quality and safety met standards and that completion acceptance was passed on the first attempt.
The original municipal road infrastructure in the Gaoxin Project Area was built relatively early, and in recent years problems such as damaged road surfaces and poor drainage have become prominent. In accordance with the work arrangements of the district Party Working Committee and the district Management Committee, the municipal infrastructure upgrading and renovation project in the Gaoxin Project Area was launched in April 2023. The project mainly includes road renovation and underground drainage network renovation and desilting works for Baoma Street, Shangma Road, Gongye First Street, and the northern section of Zhangdong Road, repairing 155,200 square meters of motor vehicle lanes and 14,600 square meters of sidewalks, and renovating and desilting 8.97 kilometers of rainwater and sewage pipelines. The total project investment is approximately 119 million yuan, with a construction period of 1 year and 6 months.
