On the morning of November 21, the three-day "2024 China (Nanchang) Digital Economy and New Infrastructure Industry Development Conference," jointly hosted by the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Jiangxi Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Nanchang Municipal People's Government, and organized by the Organizing Committee of the China (Nanchang) Digital Economy and New Infrastructure Industry Development Conference, grandly opened in Nanchang, Jiangxi. Jiangxi Hydropower, Jiangxi Power Construction, Jiangxi Institute, and East China Institute represented PowerChina at the exhibition.

The conference set up a display area for achievements in the digital economy and new infrastructure industry, with an exhibition area of 10,000 square meters. The PowerChina exhibition area covers a total of 240 square meters and is divided into five zones, showcasing PowerChina's development, innovative technologies, and classic cases across various sectors including water conservancy and hydropower, thermal power generation, ultra-high-voltage power grids, new energy, water resources and environmental governance, investment and operations, infrastructure, real estate development, equipment manufacturing, and scientific and technological innovation. The exhibition content covers "water, energy, city, and digital" as well as other business sectors, comprehensively and multi-dimensionally demonstrating PowerChina's comprehensive strength as a leader in the fields of global clean and low-carbon energy and water resources and environmental construction, a backbone force in global infrastructure connectivity, and the lead unit of the collaborative innovation platform for digital transformation of central construction enterprises. Typical projects showcased PowerChina's achievements in digitalization and new infrastructure.

Jiangxi Hydropower, Jiangxi Power Construction, Jiangxi Institute, and East China Institute each showcased PowerChina's achievements through core businesses such as "water, energy, city, and digital." The Jiangxi Hydropower exhibition area, through the "city (urban infrastructure, housing construction, etc.)" business sector, fully demonstrated Jiangxi Hydropower's achievements in integrating digital technology with fields such as infrastructure and building construction. In participating in Jiangxi's local infrastructure construction, Jiangxi Hydropower applied the BIM+AR technology smart construction site management platform system in a number of projects—including the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone Municipal Administration Center Project, the CIFI Jianglai Center Plot L04 Buildings 1-4 (Commercial) Project, and the Fengcheng Civic Center and Sports Park Project Design-Procurement-Construction (EPC) General Contracting Project—optimizing construction management, achieving the integration of business and digital technology, striving to build smart cities, and contributing to Jiangxi Province's efforts to optimize the spatial pattern of economic development.

The PowerChina exhibition area attracted numerous visitors and entrepreneurs to learn about and discuss cooperation, providing a platform for business negotiations, project displays, information exchange, and cooperative trade for all exhibitors and participants.
