Recently, the Beiwangzhu Village Committee of Jiaolai Subdistrict Office in Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province, presented a banner reading "Caring for the People and Delivering Practical Results, Building Roads to Benefit and Warm Hearts" to the Qingdao Guanlu Reservoir Project Department of Sinohydro Bureau 3, expressing sincere gratitude for the project department's assistance during the main flood season in resolving village waterlogging problems and carrying out road repairs.

It is reported that during the main flood season, in the face of sustained heavy rainfall in the Qingdao area, the project department found that the water level in drainage ditches near villages and towns around the construction site had exceeded the warning line. It immediately communicated with the village committee and dispatched 12 professionals to act quickly, operating machinery and equipment to dredge and drain the ditches, ensuring smooth drainage and safeguarding the lives and property of villagers. At the same time, the project department spent two days conducting a comprehensive and detailed survey and repair of village roads damaged by the flood season. Fully taking into account villagers' travel needs, the project department reasonably arranged construction hours to minimize the impact of construction on villagers' lives and completed the road repair work excellently.
