In recent years, with the growing number of new energy vehicles such as pure electric and hybrid vehicles, citizens' demand for charging has continued to increase. To serve the public, enhance people's sense of gain, and improve social satisfaction, Linxia City has been making every effort to advance the construction of public parking lots and smart charging piles, providing citizens with a more convenient, efficient, and green travel environment. At present, the Phase I project of Linxia City's New Energy Vehicle Charging and Battery Swap Infrastructure Construction is progressing steadily.

It is reported that the project is implemented by Linxia Hezhou Huachen Energy Investment Management (Group) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 110 million yuan. It plans to build one new commercial comprehensive service station for new energy vehicles, equipped with intelligent operation of solar-storage-charging facilities; install charging piles at 56 locations in existing urban parking lots, under the elevated bridge on Huancheng North Road, and in village square parking lots; build 3 new charging robots; and construct 1 data management center. The project will build a total of 416 charging spaces, and plans to install 190 AC/DC charging piles and 10 charging stacks.

Recently, when reporters visited the area under the elevated bridge on Huancheng North Road at the foot of Cuijiapo and the west side of Hezhou Garden, they saw that the brand-new parking lot had already been put into use, the charging equipment had been fully installed, and citizens were parking and charging in an orderly manner.

Meanwhile, near Fuqiang Road, the Huachen Energy Investment all-liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station is under vigorous construction, and the station's foundation works have been completed. The station is mainly equipped with 2 Huawei liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging stacks and 24 charging spaces; it will build 36 parking spaces, 1 energy storage device, 1 automatic car wash facility, and 1 supporting service building, truly realizing to a certain extent a "refueling-like charging experience, one kilometer per second."

Lan Qing, a staff member of Linxia Hezhou Huachen Energy Investment Management (Group) Co., Ltd.: Up to now, the parking and charging stations the company has completed and is building cover a total area of more than 13,000 square meters, with 94 new charging spaces and more than 600 parking spaces added, effectively alleviating parking and charging pressure in surrounding areas. Among them, the parking lots on the south side of Lishui Road and at the Dongqu Stadium, and the charging stations under the elevated bridge on Huancheng North Road and on the west side of Hezhou Jiayuan have been officially put into use, while parking and charging stations such as the Huachen Energy Investment all-liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging station and those on the west side of the Grand Theater, in Danzizhuang Village, Gaodengjia Village, and Tuojia Village will also be put into operation soon.

After the project is completed and put into use, it will provide citizens with a more convenient, efficient, and intelligent urban life experience, promote the intelligent upgrading of urban infrastructure, and empower the construction of an environmentally friendly, green, beautiful, and livable Linxia City.
