Recently, taking the 47th National "Quality Month" as an opportunity, the Dongying Construction Project Quality Testing Open Day event was successfully held in Dongying District. The event was hosted by the Dongying Housing and Urban-Rural Development Administration and jointly organized by the Municipal Construction Project Quality and Safety Center, the Dongying District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, and Dongying Shengli Construction Engineering Materials Quality Testing Co., Ltd. After the event began, an experience exchange meeting was held first. Yu Haihong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Dongying Housing and Urban-Rural Development Administration, and Guo Zunliang, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Dongying District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and Director of the Construction Project Management Service Center, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Xue Yuzhi, Deputy General Manager of Dongying Shengli Construction Engineering Materials Quality Testing Co., Ltd., gave an experience-sharing speech.
　　The meeting noted that Dongying City has now established a citywide construction project quality testing supervision platform, achieving full-process supervision coverage of testing activities and full coverage of anti-counterfeiting QR codes on testing reports. For key building materials such as ready-mixed concrete and steel bars used in construction projects, witnessed sampling has fully implemented "one-code tracking" and "one-code anti-counterfeiting" full-process management. Housing and urban-rural development management departments at all levels have continued to strengthen supervision of testing institutions through various inspection methods such as special inspections, remote video monitoring, and routine unannounced inspections, and the management level of testing institutions has continued to improve.
　　The meeting required that all engineering testing institutions in the city strictly uphold the quality bottom line, earnestly implement information management requirements, accelerate the improvement of information management and service levels, ensure that all work is carried out effectively and achieves practical results, and fully leverage and make good use of the advantages of intelligent information technology in improving testing efficiency and avoiding human interference in the testing process, effectively ensuring the standardization, fairness, and scientific nature of construction project quality testing operations. It is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility, pay attention to talent cultivation, strictly control testing quality, and take the promotion of testing information management as an opportunity to improve their own service quality and comprehensively enhance testing capabilities and levels. After the meeting, participants jointly visited key building material testing sites of Dongying Shengli Construction Engineering Materials Quality Testing Co., Ltd., including concrete test blocks, waterproofing, and insulation.
　　During the on-site visit, participants spoke highly of the laboratory construction and professional testing level of Shengli Construction Engineering Materials Quality Testing Co., Ltd., and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the information management of construction project quality testing in Dongying City. More than 100 people participated in the event, including responsible comrades from relevant departments of the Municipal Construction Project Quality and Safety Center, all supervisory personnel from the Dongying District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, responsible persons in charge of housing and urban-rural development departments in various counties, districts, and development zones, heads of supervision agencies and testing institutions, responsible comrades from some real estate development enterprises and general construction contracting enterprises, and owner representatives.
