9月26日电 据中央气象台网站消息，今年第16号台风“西马仑”(热带风暴级)的中心26日上午8点钟位于日本鹿儿岛南偏东方向大约405公里的西北太平洋洋面上，就是北纬28.3度、东经132.4度，中心附近最大风力有8级(18米/秒)，中心最低气压为1002百帕，七级风圈半径80-150公里。
预计，“西马仑”将以每小时5-10公里的速度向北偏西方向缓慢移动，强度逐渐减弱。未来“西马仑”对我国海域无影响。
