On September 20, as the "Fenjin" shield tunneling machine broke through the soil and arrived at the receiving shaft of Sanhao Street Station, the right line of the Fangxing Square Station–Sanhao Street Station section of Shenyang Metro Line 3 Lot 12, constructed by the company, was successfully completed, marking the realization of twin-line breakthrough for this section and the project's official entry into the ancillary works construction stage.

The right line of the Fang-San section of Shenyang Metro Line 3 has a total length of 816 meters, with a minimum curve radius of 450 meters; its longitudinal profile adopts a "V"-shaped slope with a maximum gradient of 28‰. During tunneling, the shield machine passed alongside multiple structures including the Liaoning Provincial Planning Institute, Nanhu Building, and a pedestrian overpass, and passed beneath major risk sources such as the South Canal and an underground utility tunnel at close range.

To ensure smooth tunneling and reception of the shield machine, the project department planned ahead, made meticulous arrangements, strictly controlled the process, and strengthened attention to details. It organized multiple scheme review meetings and expert demonstration meetings, fully assessed and pre-controlled risk factors, carried out shield translation tabletop exercises in a solid manner, continuously improved safety assurance measures and emergency response plans, and conducted targeted emergency drills at appropriate times to ensure the entire construction process remained controllable. At the same time, it strictly implemented the leadership duty system for high-risk procedures, strictly controlled the quality of key processes such as segment assembly, simultaneous grouting, and secondary grouting, strengthened process re-surveying and monitoring measurement, and used the informatization platform to fully monitor shield tunneling parameters and attitude, promptly conducting technical analysis and real-time adjustments to ensure the safe, stable, and orderly advancement of the shield machine.
