The project covers an area of about 53.33 mu, with a total investment of about 120 million yuan. Its main construction content includes a comprehensive building, teaching buildings, a sports field, a canteen, a lecture hall, and more. Once completed and put into use, the project will play an important role in optimizing educational resources in the Xiuning urban area.
　　Ye Qingfeng, the person in charge of the construction site, said: "To ensure construction progress, our company has added construction personnel and machinery and equipment, stockpiled needed materials in advance, and worked overtime to ensure that the main structure is topped out by the end of this year."
　　At the construction site of the Phase II project of the Guchengyan Scenic Area in Xiuning County, there is likewise a bustling scene of construction. Two excavators are continuously digging earthwork, and workers are constructing the drainage ditch of the basement foundation pit and the foundation brick formwork. The project has a total investment of about 80 million yuan and a total land area of 27,484 square meters, and is scheduled for completion in December 2025. After completion, the project will further enrich the tourism product supply of the Guchengyan Scenic Area, promote the upgrading of scenes and business formats, and enhance the tourist experience.

We are currently carrying out foundation construction, and over the next month we will strive to complete more than 50% of the foundation construction."
