In the key construction tasks at Dongcheng Station, the Jintai SC35 dual-wheel mixing drilling rig, relying on its unique dual-wheel design and high-strength milling wheels, demonstrated exceptional adaptability and excavation capability when facing complex and variable ground conditions—from soft clay and fine sand layers to hard strongly weathered rock strata. It is particularly worth mentioning that the milling wheels of this drilling rig underwent no gearbox-opening maintenance during 2,300 hours of continuous operation, fully verifying its outstanding manufacturing craftsmanship and product quality stability, and earning high praise from on-site construction personnel.

In this construction project, the Jintai SC35 dual-wheel mixing drilling rig successfully completed the excavation of 71 panels, with the average construction time per panel controlled between 2.5 and 3 hours—efficiency far exceeding expectations. This not only greatly shortened the construction period but also laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of subsequent works. At the same time, its excellent fuel economy was also remarkable, with average fuel consumption of about 36 liters per hour, effectively reducing construction costs and demonstrating a green and efficient construction philosophy.
