In 2024, Lingwu City plans to implement 75 engineering construction projects for the year, with an annual planned investment of 12.36 billion yuan, all of which have now resumed or started construction. Over the past three years, Lingwu City's main economic indicators have maintained sustained high growth, with municipal fixed asset investment growing by 30%, 31.4%, and 27.1% respectively.

In the first half of this year, Lingwu City's municipal fixed asset investment grew by 49.9% year on year, and from January to July it grew by 47.2% year on year, both ranking first in Ningxia, and its comprehensive economic development index has ranked first in Yinchuan City for ten consecutive quarters.
　　Entering September, Lingwu City is concentrating on advancing 21 newly started projects, including the Ningdiantou Yongli 2×660MW ultra-supercritical thermal power project, the agricultural and livestock equipment production base project of Hengji Weiye Machinery Co., Ltd., and the Jiuchuan Technology Lingwu Smart Computing Power Science and Innovation Valley project, with a newly added total investment of 17.6 billion yuan and an annual investment completion of more than 2.2 billion yuan.
　　At the same time, Lingwu City is accelerating the construction of 57 projects under construction, including the CGN 200MW/400MWh energy storage project, the Yinchuan Green Power Park, and the Great Wall Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Hall, strengthening the supporting and leading role of major projects, taking investment as the main lever for stabilizing the economy and expectations, and creating a strong atmosphere across the city of striving to achieve the annual development goals.
