After completion, Phase II will create a base for massive data storage and applications, comprehensively build an industrial ecosystem for aerospace remote sensing data applications, and empower the high-quality development of the aerospace remote sensing data application industry.

With a total investment of 550 million yuan, the project is located in the High-tech Development Zone of Changchun New Area, covers an area of 13,118 square meters, and has a total floor area of 70,270.76 square meters. The industrial park is positioned as a headquarters economy building and mainly produces information security software and hardware products. "At present, the main structure of the project has been completed, and masonry, curtain wall construction, and mechanical and electrical installation are underway," said the project manager. The Jilin University Zhengyuan Information Security Industrial Park is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year and put into use by the end of June next year. After completion, it is expected to generate an additional output value of 1.5 billion yuan and create 5,000 new jobs.

The project has a total investment of 690 million yuan, covers a total area of more than 60,000 square meters, and has a total floor area of more than 110,000 square meters. "At present, the process decoration and equipment installation of Phase I have all been completed, and production can start at the end of October; Phase II is scheduled to start production in October next year, and Phase III is scheduled to be fully put into use in 2027," said the person in charge of project construction. After the entire project is completed and put into production, the annual output value is expected to reach 2 billion yuan.
