　　The efficient completion of approval stems from the government service reform of the "integrated joint processing" model for construction projects in Tianjin. In 2023, the Tianjin Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Standardization, Normalization, and Facilitation of Construction Project Approval in Tianjin," officially proposing the "integrated joint processing" model, whereby construction permits, quality supervision, civil air defense quality supervision, and fire protection design review only require a one-time submission of comprehensive materials, enabling "one-stop" parallel processing of multiple approval stages.

This avoids the cumbersome process of repeatedly submitting materials, simplifies unnecessary approval procedures, and provides enterprises with a more efficient and convenient government service experience."

　　It is understood that since 2018, Tianjin has formulated 5 reform plans, issued 185 supporting documents and 180 reform measures, and continuously promoted the improvement of quality, efficiency, and speed in construction project approval.
