On September 12, at the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services, China Construction Second Engineering Bureau brought China's first industrial-grade intelligent cutter-changing robot for shield tunnel boring machines to the exhibition area to meet visitors. It is understood that this intelligent cutter-changing robot is used in urban rail transit construction. Targeting the extreme environment of cutter changing, it is equipped with a 7-joint robotic arm, and a supporting robot cutter chamber has been developed and the shield disc cutter support has been modified, forming a complete set of standardized intelligent cutter-changing technology.

In terms of digital transformation of the construction industry, relying on BIM technology and IoT technology, a steel structure full-lifecycle digital construction platform based on cloud data management has completed the overall architecture of steel structure foundation system management. It has now been applied to major projects such as Phase II of the National Convention Center and Universal Beijing Resort.
