　　It took only more than one month for the Nuotian Technology project from signing to land acquisition and commencement. The project has a total investment of 150 million yuan and mainly builds a research and development and deep processing base for silicon carbide equipment and a production base for high-purity silicon carbide substrates. It is a technology-based industrial cluster relying on semiconductor converter technology and integrating scientific research and development with production and operation. After the project reaches full production, the annual tax revenue per mu can reach 300,000 yuan. Huang Chaobin, the project leader, was surprised by the project service speed of the high-tech zone, which also gave him full confidence in advancing the project. The project is expected to be put into production by the end of the year.
