A relevant official from the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) introduced that since the beginning of this year, the state has actively recommended projects to private capital, established a national database of key private investment projects, supported private investment projects in issuing real estate investment trusts in the infrastructure sector, established a new policy system for government and social capital cooperation, and promoted more private capital to participate in the construction of major projects in fields such as railways and nuclear power, involving a total of 3,556 projects with total investment reaching 5.08 trillion yuan. Among them, 1,527 projects were regularly recommended, with total investment of 1.26 trillion yuan, covering 12 fields including manufacturing and urban infrastructure. As of August 20, 1,359 private investment projects had completed loan approval through the pilot cooperation mechanism for investment-loan linkage, involving total investment of 1.95 trillion yuan.
