1. Organize and convene the Golden Foundation Award review meeting composed of the Golden Foundation Award Selection Committee to evaluate the candidate projects proposed by each professional group.

2. The Golden Foundation Award Selection Committee determines the number of selected projects and the applying enterprises.

Application deadline: November 31, 2025

Selection Committee evaluation date: December 1, 2025

Award ceremony date: December 20, 2025

Public announcement:

1. The Golden Foundation Award will no longer use the format of publicly announcing award-winning projects and related enterprises. The specific list of winners will be announced to the public on the day of the award ceremony, and relevant personnel from the Foundation Engineering Network will provide customized guidance on preparation work.

2. Information at each stage of the Golden Foundation Award selection process will be publicly announced on the Foundation Engineering Network platform.
