I. Main Contents

1.Basic information about the declared project and the relevant units;

2.Project video recording.

3.Detailed introduction materials of the project

II. Requirements

1.The application materials shall be transmitted in electronic form by the applicant unit through the official application platform of the "Golden Foundation Award".

2.The documents, certification materials and seals provided in the application materials shall be clear and easy to identify;

3.The application materials shall be accurate and authentic; if there are any changes, corresponding written explanations and change documents shall be provided;

4.The content of the project video mainly covers construction characteristics, key construction technologies, construction process control, promotion and application of new technologies, etc., and shall fully reflect the quality process control and inspection of the projectas well as the corresponding role of the applicant enterprise in the project construction process.

Professional pre-selection:

I. The pre-selection work shall be the responsibility of the Golden Foundation Award Selection Committee and the Foundation Engineering Network.

II. According to the types of participating projects and products, they shall be divided into several professional groups by similar specialties; based on the expert database of judges, experts from various fields shall be engaged to form professional pre-review panels, which shall respectively be responsible for the pre-review work of each professional group and propose candidate projects to the Selection Committee.

III. When necessary, relevant experts shall be organized to conduct on-site inspections of the selected projects and products.
