Speaking about the project's construction progress, Peng Erli said that after the project was located, the company immediately signed the Enterprise Investment Project Commitment Letter and, after obtaining the commitment-based construction permit, was able to start construction. During construction, Lanzhou New Area actively guided the company in implementing relevant construction standards, provided on-site services, and handled relevant procedures in parallel.
