On the morning of August 26, the intelligent pile-driving vessel "Lankai Haiguang No. 01," part of a series of intelligent offshore photovoltaic construction equipment jointly developed by the Intelligent Construction Technology and Equipment Research Center of the China Offshore Engineering Institute and Beijing Lankai Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Lankai Construction), was successfully launched in Weihai, Shandong.

"Lankai Haiguang No. 01" focuses on the major strategic needs of China's offshore photovoltaic construction sector, aiming to solve key technical challenges in offshore photovoltaic pile foundation construction and significantly improve pile foundation construction efficiency. It has produced multiple invention patents with independent intellectual property rights in areas such as hull movement, positioning, pile feeding, pile driving, and inspection. Through advanced automated control systems and a digital operation platform, it achieves intelligent construction organization design and minimal-manning construction process management, and can simultaneously create a digital twin of all key construction data.

In the future, we will continue to increase investment in scientific research, develop installation vessels and operation and maintenance vessels for the offshore photovoltaic intelligent construction equipment series, and continuously optimize and improve equipment performance in combination with practical engineering applications, contributing more "Lankai strength" to the development, construction, and operation of offshore new energy in China and around the world.
