August 26 (Xinhua) -- According to a report by NBC News, the city of Ketchikan in Alaska, USA, issued a statement on the 25th local time, saying that a landslide occurred in the city that afternoon, causing 1 death and 3 injuries.

　　According to the report, authorities said that multiple houses and infrastructure were affected by the landslide, and residents of the city have been ordered to evacuate. Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy declared a state of emergency in Ketchikan.
