　　Recently, walking into the site of the 50MW waste heat and waste gas ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure power generation project of Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium & Titanium Co., Ltd., a power plant as neat and beautiful as a garden came into view.
　　It is understood that the 50MW waste heat and waste gas ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure power generation project has a total investment of 220 million yuan. The project mainly uses surplus coal gas from enterprise production to generate electricity. It is expected to increase the enterprise's annual power generation by 120 million kWh, while saving 38,400 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 86,700 tons, with the self-generated power ratio reaching over 70%.
　　In fact, the 50MW waste heat and waste gas ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure power generation project is only one of the sub-projects of the vanadium resource comprehensive utilization energy-saving and carbon-reduction technological transformation project of Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium & Titanium Co., Ltd. In addition, there are sub-projects such as the vanadium resource green and efficient utilization technological transformation project and the 260㎡ sintering circular cooler waste heat recovery energy-saving and carbon-reduction technological transformation project, with a total investment of 878 million yuan.

He stated that after the project is fully completed, it will achieve efficient and green comprehensive recovery and utilization of waste heat, waste gas, and vanadium resources, greatly improve the enterprise's comprehensive utilization and conversion efficiency of energy and resources, avoid resource waste, and make positive contributions to energy conservation, carbon reduction, and green development in the steel industry.
　　Xu Yu introduced that with the assistance of local service teams, in 2023, the vanadium resource comprehensive utilization energy-saving and carbon-reduction technological transformation project of Sichuan Desheng Group Vanadium & Titanium Co., Ltd. was included as one of the province's key projects. This year, as a continuing manufacturing construction project, it was once again selected for the list of key projects in Sichuan Province. Faced with incentives at the provincial level and with the strong assistance of "project stewards," the enterprise has also set off a boom in tackling project construction and is constantly refreshing the "progress bar." At present, the 50MW waste heat and waste gas ultra-high-temperature and ultra-high-pressure power generation project has been completed, and the remaining sub-projects have also completed preliminary work and are steadily advancing to ensure early completion and early effectiveness.
