Since the beginning of this year, Shijiazhuang City has aimed at high-quality county development, taken key area renewal as a breakthrough, coordinated key work such as landscape features, municipal facilities, residential quality, and refined management, and strongly promoted the quality improvement and upgrading of county construction.
　　All counties (cities, districts) in the city regard key area renewal as an important breakthrough for expanding urban space and improving urban quality, coordinate the use of various factor resources, accelerate the construction of urban renewal demonstration areas with complete infrastructure, complete public service facilities, and complete commercial outlets, and lead county construction to achieve new breakthroughs. This year, 17 counties (cities, districts) in the city have planned and implemented a total ofcounty construction projects399. As of now, 308 projects have started, of which 28 have been completed and put into use.
　　In terms of infrastructure construction, counties (cities, districts) plan to build or renovate and upgrade 93 roads (bridges) this year, and 9 have been completed so far. They plan to complete the renovation of 8.17 kilometers of old pipelines for water supply, heating, gas, and drainage, and 9 kilometers have been completed so far. Promote the construction of educational facilities such as kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and vocational schools, and build, renovate, or expand 9 kindergartens. Accelerate the construction of cultural and sports facilities, plan to build or upgrade 25 standardized sports parks and small sports theme parks, and 17 have been completed so far.
