At the same time, it keeps a close eye on 12 projects signed at the Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair, including Shanghai Nuobao Geothermal Energy and Taihe Intelligent Drilling, and 7 projects signed at the 80th anniversary celebration of Minle No. 1 Middle School, including COFCO Potatoes and Xueyu Huagu Raspberry, to enrich the project reserve pool and strengthen the staying power of county economic development.

For 34 slow-moving projects such as the East Energy Storage Power Station and Jinhuantai Chemical, it has refined battle maps one by one and set reversed schedules. For key projects that are seriously lagging, it issues "yellow cards" and "black flags" one-on-one, sets deadlines for rectification, and forces project construction to speed up and improve efficiency. For 24 projects in the library, including the Litong Meihui Plant Factory and modern high-tech intelligent greenhouses, it urges project units to deploy sufficient manpower and machinery, increase payments, issue invoices for engineering and equipment as soon as possible, and precisely and effectively promote the completion of 4.2 billion yuan in fixed asset investment for the whole year, a year-on-year increase of more than 20%, achieving a "prosperous whole year."
