Advance ongoing projects such as the Yujian International Tourism Resort, the G530 Yixian County Seat to Yecun Section, the Tankou New Village Tourism Service Center, and the Puman Manju Homestay to generate more physical work volume, sprint toward the third-quarter and full-year targets, and add two second-batch provincial key projects, with a total investment of 940 million yuan and an annual planned investment of 100 million yuan.

Intensify the autumn "hundred-day sprint" action, accelerate the construction of key projects such as Guanlu International Health and Wellness, Guanlu Academy, Chatan Camp, and the Coaster Axle Manufacturing, among others. From January to July, the county's fixed asset investment reached 2.15 billion yuan, up 0.6% year on year, of which private investment reached 1.31 billion yuan, up 17.1% year on year.

Fully launch the planning of key projects for 2025 and major reserve projects for the "15th Five-Year Plan," focus on all sectors, areas, and land parcels, accurately grasp policies such as special bonds, government bonds, central budget investment, and the "Two Major" and "Two New" policies, plan key projects for 2025 in a targeted manner, and strive to plan more than 300 projects with a total investment of more than 50 billion yuan.
