In order to promote the industry's cultivation and development of new quality productive forces, achieve the upgrading of the industrial foundation and the modernization of the industrial chain in the construction machinery industry, respond to the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and based on the actual needs of China's transformation of economic development mode, focusing on key links such as innovation-driven development, intelligent transformation, strengthening the foundation, green development, and talent-oriented development, and enabling more outstanding young talents and young students to participate in creative and innovative practice, the "CRCC Heavy Industry Cup" — the 8th BICES Creative Design Competition for Construction Machinery and Special Vehicles, hosted by the China Construction Machinery Association and organized by Beijing Tianshi Huagong International Exhibition Co., Ltd., with the theme of "Innovation, Intelligence, Green, Foresight", will continue to be held across the entire industry and among universities nationwide from May 16, 2024 to May 30, 2025 (see the detailed rules for details). The competition has two groups: the social group and the university group. The scope of entries covers various products of construction machinery and special vehicles. To ensure the success of this competition, the notice is as follows:

1. Professionals from relevant research institutes and manufacturing enterprises nationwide, construction machinery enthusiasts, and university students are welcome to participate enthusiastically.

2. Member enterprises of the association and relevant units are expected to actively organize forces to participate, and through this activity promote technological progress in construction machinery and set off a mass innovation boom across the entire industry.

3. Participants in the social group mainly refer to engineering and technical personnel from production and manufacturing and research institutes, as well as other personnel enthusiastic about construction machinery product innovation.

4. Participants in the student group mainly refer to undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students majoring in mechanical disciplines at higher education institutions nationwide.
