To all exhibiting units:

After thirty-six years of meticulous development, the BICES exhibition, led and hosted by the China Construction Machinery Association, has become an important platform for the construction machinery industry to showcase innovative achievements, promote production-demand alignment, and enhance brand image. Each BICES exhibition brings forth a large number of exhibits that are innovative, well-regarded by users, and of high quality.

In order to effectively promote the vigorous development of new quality productive forces among all exhibiting units in the construction machinery industry, achieve the upgrading of the industrial base and modernization of the industrial chain, respond to the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, and based on the actual needs of China's transformation of economic development mode, the BICES Organizing Committee, focusing on key aspects such as innovation-driven development, intelligent transformation, strengthening the foundation, green development, and talent-oriented approaches, and in accordance with the wishes and demands of exhibitors, has held the BICES Technical Innovation Award, Product Quality Award, and User Satisfaction Award selection activities for three consecutive editions. In the BICES 2023 selection, a total of 24 Platinum Awards for Technical Innovation Products and 23 Gold Awards for Innovative Products were selected; 6 Platinum Awards for Product Quality and 13 Gold Awards for Product Quality; 5 Platinum Awards for User Satisfaction and 9 Gold Awards for User Satisfaction. These have been praised by exhibitors and users alike.

On the basis of summarizing the selection activities of BICES 2017, BICES 2019, and BICES 2023, and with the approval of the organizers—the China Construction Machinery Association, the Machinery Sub-Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and China Construction Machinery Complete Equipment Co., Ltd.—the Organizing Committee has decided to continue conducting the selection activities for the Construction Machinery Technical Innovation Award and User Satisfaction Award for exhibited products during BICES 2025. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Award Categories

1. The BICES Construction Machinery Technical Innovation Award (with Platinum Award and Gold Award).

For exhibits participating in the BICES exhibition, selection shall be conducted by product category, divided into complete machines and important components.

2. The BICES Construction Machinery Product User Satisfaction Award (with Platinum Award and Gold Award).

For exhibits participating in the BICES exhibition, selection shall be conducted by product category, divided into complete machines and important components.

This selection will appropriately increase the proportion of awards for important component products, in order to encourage the development of high-end supporting parts for construction machinery.

For detailed selection requirements of each award, please refer to Attachment 1, the "Selection Rules."

II. Eligibility for Participation

1. Products participating in the above award categories must be physical products displayed at the BICES 2025 exhibition. For extra-large equipment that cannot be displayed on-site at the exhibition, participation in the form of models, etc., may be considered as appropriate.

2. The technical innovation award and products participating in the selection shall mainly be new products researched, developed, and manufactured in the past 2 years.

3. Products participating in the selection for the User Satisfaction Award shall mainly be products that attract significant social attention, perform well in the market, and are highly welcomed by users. Products that can meet the needs of key engineering projects, key regional construction, and major equipment supporting requirements shall be given priority.

4. No fees shall be charged throughout the entire selection process or before and after the selection.

III. Registration Time

Products of all categories participating in the selection must complete material submission within the specified time. Submission period: March 1, 2025 to August 24, 2025.

IV. Submission Channels

1. Participating enterprises shall contact the BICES exhibition registration personnel to fill out and submit the application form. Please refer to Attachments 2 and 3 for the application forms. At the same time, record a relevant product introduction video.

2. After completing the forms according to Attachments 2 and 3, send them together with the recorded relevant product introduction video to: BICES Exhibition Organizing Committee Office. VI. Selection Results:The results will be announced on the official website of the China Construction Machinery Association and the official BICES website, and awards will be presented at an appropriate time.
