Recently, Wang Feng, Secretary of the CPC Zhongyang County Committee in Lyuliang City, Shanxi Province, conducted a field survey on the implementation progress of the comprehensive infrastructure renovation project in the Songjiagou area. Heads of project-related units including the county housing and urban-rural development, transportation, public security, natural resources, and development and reform departments, as well as Ningxiang Township, participated in the survey.
During the survey, Wang Feng set out from the expressway connection point at the project's starting point and walked along the main road to the Liming gas station at the Guangchang South Road Bridge, inspecting while walking, listening to introductions, observing the site, and ascertaining the actual situation. He carefully checked and understood the construction progress, and against the construction planning drawings, gained a comprehensive understanding of the overall design, construction plan, and project progress of the area renovation. He conducted on-site coordination regarding land acquisition and demolition, geological hazard treatment, rational land use, and design adjustments involved in the project, coordinating with Ningxiang Township and relevant departments to resolve existing problems and difficulties, and studied and arranged the next steps of work.
Wang Feng emphasized that the comprehensive infrastructure renovation project in the Songjiagou area is a key livelihood project implemented by the county and is of great significance for enhancing Zhongyang's urban image, improving the living environment, and expanding development space. The project construction and construction units should refine the construction organization and implementation plan, accelerate the progress of project construction, further focus on urban development and the needs of the public, strive to build a high-quality project, and ensure the project is completed on schedule.
At the same time, Ningxiang Township and the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau should strengthen communication and coordination, adhere to rational land use, uphold scientific planning and guidance, re-optimize the design in light of the layout of various landscape nodes and functional improvements, efficiently utilize collective construction land, and maximize comprehensive benefits. Ningxiang Township should accelerate the progress of demolition and relocation within the project construction land scope, and departments such as public security and electric power should actively cooperate in the relocation and modification of facilities and equipment to create favorable conditions for accelerating project construction. The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau should take the initiative to connect and communicate, improve the coordination and linkage mechanism among relevant departments, ensure the project is completed as early as possible, and support the county's high-quality development.
