After more than a decade of accumulation, a single burst of effort! In 2023, Yutong successfully passed the Rwandan government's project procurement research. Zhu Wenran's team seized the opportunity, overcame all kinds of difficulties, and successfully signed the contract, further enhancing Yutong's local brand influence.

A brand's long-term competitiveness requires more than good products. Thanks to the stability and long-term nature of China-Africa cooperation, Yutong's business scale in Africa has continued to expand, and customers' demand for after-sales service has grown stronger. However, local production conditions make it difficult to meet genuine parts standards. Tanzania is a representative case: the contradiction between local supply and demand for parts has become increasingly prominent, bringing a huge challenge to Zhu Wenran's team. If handled improperly, it would certainly have an adverse impact on the Yutong brand.

After careful research and analysis, Zhu Wenran's team concluded that establishing a parts center warehouse in Tanzania was a relatively reasonable solution. But problems followed. Local regulations, workers' working habits, and other factors are very different from those in China. Warehousing, outbound delivery, and taxation at the parts center all require research and communication. What appears to be a simple retail store model is, in fact, a from-zero-to-one challenge for every process in the local context.

Nothing is too difficult or too easy when one has the courage to act. In accordance with Yutong's overseas localized construction requirements and long-term strategy, the establishment of the Tanzania parts center is of great significance, and this step must be taken sooner or later. Rather than avoiding it, it is better to face the difficulties head-on. Zhu Wenran led team members to firm up their beliefs, settle down to solve problems and overcome difficulties, while optimizing services in a timely manner based on customer experience. After more than two years of effort, the Tanzania parts center warehouse finally officially opened in 2023. They cut through the thorns and carved out a path of vitality.

Polished by time and tempered by experience, over more than a decade of deeply cultivating the African market, Zhu Wenran has transformed from an inexperienced newcomer into a mature manager, and he has also developed his own leadership insights: "A person's thinking, experience, and ideas are always limited. Only by fully unleashing everyone's strength within the organization and concentrating them together can we be invincible." He supports everyone in speaking freely and expressing opinions, believing that only by breaking matters apart and discussing them thoroughly can everyone better align their thinking.
