This year, the Hedong New Area of the city has vigorously implemented the "Project Breakthrough Year" action, with batches of key projects under construction in full swing, setting off a fervent offensive in project construction, boosting vigorous economic development and accelerating the pace of urban construction.
The 2024 Sichuan Provincial Key Project Hedong Infrastructure Construction (Phase II) - Donglin Road is located in the Yangdu and Kejiaoyuan areas, building a road about 2,300 meters long and 40 meters wide, including road, lighting, traffic safety, pipeline network, bridges and culverts, greening and other works.
At present, the project has completed subgrade clearing; earthwork construction is about 92% complete, organic matter hanging-net slope support 80%, rainwater and sewage pipes and branch pipes installation 65%, power and communications works 35%; the Lianmeng River bridge has completed pile foundations, pile caps, abutments, and bearing pads and blocks, and the retaining wall is about 75% complete; streetlight works pipeline laying and encasement 18% complete, side separation belt sponge city 20% complete, roadbed shaping 13% complete.
The 2024 Sichuan Provincial Key Project Hedong Infrastructure Construction (Phase II) - Yongxing Avenue and Utility Tunnel is located in the Yangdu area, with a road about 4,700 meters long and a comprehensive utility tunnel about 1,200 meters long. The planned standard road width is 61 meters, with a design speed of 60 km/h. It includes road, lighting, traffic safety, pipeline network, bridges and culverts, greening and other works.
At present, the project's drainage construction is 73% complete (including sewage 85% and rainwater 55%); all bridge substructure has been completed, all pile caps completed, the right-span main arch ring of Yuehong Bridge has been poured, and the right-span arch ring spacing grooves have been poured. For the utility tunnel section, earthwork excavation is 83% complete and main structure construction 76% complete.
The 2024 Suining Municipal Key Project Yongsheng Road and Utility Tunnel is located in the Yangdu area, building a comprehensive utility tunnel 885 meters long; the road is about 1,250 meters long with a planned standard road width of 50 meters, including road, culvert, drainage, traffic safety, smart streetlights, landscape, power conduit, communications, 5G smart city and sponge city works, etc.
At present, the project's utility tunnel is 90% complete, the road has completed water-stabilized base construction, and streetlight foundations and curb stone laying are underway.
Next, the Hedong New Area of the city will continue to adhere to the principle of "projects first," seize the "golden period" of construction, accelerate the refresh of the "progress bar," and, on the premise of ensuring quality and safety, promote early commissioning and early attainment of design capacity, using the acceleration of project construction to drive high-quality economic development.
