Recently, Dong Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Dongbao District Party Committee and District Mayor, led a team to supervise the progress of key projects.
Dong Yong and his delegation successively visited the sites of the Jianquan Reservoir reinforcement project, the Changning New Town drainage channel construction project, the biological firebreak belt construction project, and the merger and relocation project of the Experimental Primary School and Jinxia Road Primary School, inspected the construction progress, and coordinated on-site to resolve the difficulties and problems encountered during project implementation.
Dong Yong emphasized that the key projects under this supervision are all livelihood projects and government-invested projects, which bear on public wellbeing and high-quality economic and social development. All localities and departments should strengthen their sense of responsibility and mission, closely follow the targets and timelines, and take effective measures to ensure the rapid advancement of the projects. Project quality management must be strictly implemented, with high-standard construction, high-level management, and whole-process supervision, to build livelihood projects that can withstand the test of history and the public. The string of work safety must always be kept taut, work safety responsibilities must be fully compacted and fulfilled, heatstroke prevention and cooling measures must be implemented in detail, working hours must be reasonably arranged, and multiple measures must be taken to firmly shore up the work safety defense line for project construction.
