According to the introduction, Zoomlion's intelligent assembly line for rotary drilling rigs includes 1 final assembly line, 6 sub-assembly lines, and 5 pre-assembly lines. Among them, the lower part of the final assembly line adopts an automatic track unwinding device, pioneering the automatic assembly of tracks for large-tonnage track frames; the upper part adopts a luffing and cylinder pin shaft press-fitting machine, the industry's first case of ultra-high-altitude heavy-load pin shaft press-fitting.
