Recently, Xia Xiangyang, member of the Standing Committee of the Dawxiang District Party Committee and Executive Deputy District Head, visited the medical and elderly care capacity improvement project and the Shuangjiangkou area ecological environment remediation project to gain a detailed understanding of the progress of each project.
The research team first arrived at the construction site of the medical and elderly care capacity improvement project, where they learned in detail about the specific progress of the project and provided guidance to the on-site responsible persons, requiring them to clarify responsibilities and ensure that all work proceeds in an orderly manner.
Subsequently, the research team went to the construction sites of multiple works of the Shuangjiangkou ecological environment remediation project, including the riverside buffer zone and ecological ponds, to learn about the current implementation progress of each project structure and the difficulties encountered during construction. The research team pointed out that in response to the difficulties and challenges encountered in the current construction, the on-site responsible persons of the project should strengthen communication and coordination with the subdistrict and community, and actively resolve possible conflicts and problems; they also put forward specific requirements for schedule management, requiring the construction unit to work backward from the deadline, plan scientifically, and arrange reasonably to ensure that all works can be completed on schedule.
The research team emphasized the need to strictly fortify the safety production defense line. Safety production is the primary foundation for project advancement, and construction units must strictly comply with safety production regulations to ensure that no accidents occur during the production process. Service guarantee work must be done well, with a detailed understanding and grasp of the problems existing at each stage of the project, and proper statistics and summarization of the problems. Project construction scheduling must be done well; in response to the problems raised by the project side, project assessment meetings should be convened, and various functional departments should jointly advance and form a synergy to promote quality improvement and acceleration of engineering project construction, providing strong support for regional economic enhancement.
