Winning Bid for Photovoltaic Project to Support Clean Energy Base Construction

Recently, Beijing Zhongyan Dadi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyan Dadi")'s wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Zhongyan Dadi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyan New Energy") successfully won the bid for the construction and installation engineering of Section V of the photovoltaic field area of the Inner Mongolia Energy Dalad Banner 1-million-kilowatt mining area photovoltaic + energy storage project. This winning bid not only marks a significant milestone in Zhongyan Dadi's strategic layout in the new energy sector, but also contributes new strength to China's green energy development.

The project is located in Dalad Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is a key clean energy project strongly supported by the state. The entire project has a planned installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts, integrating photovoltaic power generation and booster station technologies, with the aim of optimizing the energy structure, improving energy utilization efficiency, reducing environmental pollution, and helping China achieve its ambitious goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. Zhongyan New Energy will leverage its technical strength and rich construction experience in the new energy sector to ensure the project is advanced smoothly with high standards, high quality, and high efficiency.

Zhongyan Dadi adheres to the development direction of "core technology + core materials in service of national strategy," closely follows the spirit of the "Opinions on Accelerating the Comprehensive Green Transformation of Economic and Social Development" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and focuses on key areas such as nuclear power, water conservancy and hydropower, and wind and photovoltaic power, contributing outstanding strength to promoting the construction and development of China's clean energy bases.

The Opinions propose vigorously developing non-fossil energy. Accelerate the construction of clean energy bases such as wind and photovoltaic power in Northwest China, hydropower in Southwest China, offshore wind power, and coastal nuclear power; actively develop distributed photovoltaic and dispersed wind power; develop new energy such as biomass energy, geothermal energy, and ocean energy according to local conditions; and advance the development of the entire hydrogen energy chain of "production, storage, transportation, and utilization." Coordinate hydropower development and ecological protection, and promote integrated development of water, wind, and photovoltaic power. Actively and safely develop nuclear power in an orderly manner, maintaining a reasonable layout and a steady pace of construction. By 2030, the share of non-fossil energy consumption will be raised to around 25%.‍
