On August 9, Sunward and Yipuli Co., Ltd. signed a framework cooperation agreement. The two sides held pragmatic exchanges on further strengthening their partnership and deepening and expanding areas of cooperation. Fu Jun, Chairman of Yipuli, and Fu Xiangdong, Chairman of Sunward, attended the discussion and witnessed the signing.

Xiang Huaxian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Yipuli Co., Ltd., and Zhang Daqing, Deputy General Manager of Sunward, signed the agreement on behalf of the two sides respectively.

At the discussion, Fu Xiangdong extended a warm welcome to Fu Jun and his delegation, reviewed the history of exchanges and cooperation between the two sides, introduced Sunward's development, and expressed great importance attached to cooperation with Yipuli. He stated that Sunward always upholds the code of conduct of "creating value for customers" and actively provides high-quality products and services to important premium customers such as Yipuli, and expressed the hope to carry out in-depth cooperation in fields such as intelligent mining equipment in the future, give full play to respective advantages, empower each other, and promote high-quality development of the enterprises.
