Recently, the C plot of the Xuzhou Liuxin Mine Resettlement Housing Project undertaken by CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully completed and is now awaiting final acceptance inspection.
　　As a key livelihood project, the Xuzhou Liuxin Mine Resettlement Housing Construction Project has attracted great attention from the government and the public. Among them, the C plot is located north of Runxin Road, south of the Beijing-Taipei Expressway, and west of Lugang Avenue in the Xuzhou Huaihai International Port Area. The project covers an area of 43,200 square meters, with a total construction area of nearly 140,000 square meters. The construction content mainly includes 12 18-story residential buildings and supporting public buildings. With the overall goal of "one port, one city," the Xuzhou Huaihai International Port Area has built an integrated port-industry-city development pattern of "one center, dual cores, and multiple clusters," and is advancing it according to the principle of "implementing by zone, with supporting facilities first."
　　The construction of resettlement housing embodies the people's yearning for a better life and is also an important measure for optimizing the urban and rural environment and improving the quality of urban functions. In order to let residents move into comfortable and reliable homes as soon as possible, since the start of the project, the project construction team has faced difficulties such as tight schedules, strict standards, many cross-operation work areas, great difficulty in site layout management, a complex construction environment, and great difficulty in construction organization and coordination management, as well as challenges including the old foundations of the original mining area beneath the C plot, the plot's proximity to residential buildings and schools, and narrow and often congested roads that affect the continuous supply of concrete. The team has forged ahead and risen to the challenges, continuously optimizing construction organization, focusing on "Party building +," giving full play to the leading role of Party building, implementing safety protection measures, seizing construction milestones, and rapidly advancing production progress.
　　"Our team has always aimed to 'put quality first and build quality projects,' adhered to the 'model guidance' system to guide actual on-site construction, and used high-standard models to lead high-quality construction. At the same time, we applied BIM technology for modeling to assist in quality excellence, cost control, and other work, achieving visualized technical disclosure," introduced Zhang Hua, secretary of the project Party branch. Because the project department is close to a thermal power plant and a sand-washing yard, frequent industrial activities generate large amounts of dust, roads accumulate serious dust, and the dust problem is prominent. Therefore, since the start of construction, the team has adhered to the standard of "safe and environmentally friendly production," set up an environmental protection and dust suppression team that takes turns following sprinkler trucks every day to spray water on surrounding schools and streets, and fully used automatic sprinkler systems, fog cannon machines, green nets, and other equipment to minimize dust and ensure that the daily lives of surrounding residents are not affected.
　　Striving to deepen its efforts on the basis of "housing for all" to achieve "livable housing," the team of the Xuzhou Liuxin Mine Resettlement Housing Project of CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. has consistently upheld the service philosophy of "honest performance, pouring your satisfaction with heart," steadily building a "happy nest" for people's livelihood with high quality and high efficiency. The C plot of the project was awarded the 2023 First-Half Xuzhou Construction Safety Production Standardization Demonstration Site and the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Standardization Star-Rated Site, and six buildings in the C plot also won the Xuzhou High-Quality Structural Engineering Award.
