Through the Xianyang Municipal Engineering Construction Project Approval and Management Platform, interconnection and data sharing are achieved with dedicated networks such as the investment project online approval platform and the fire protection design review system. By reasonably setting up project classification approval and special module zones for municipal utility applications such as water, electricity, gas, and communications, full-chain online approval of engineering construction projects is promoted.
