The theme of this conference was "Strengthening the Roots and Forging the Soul, Innovating and Gathering Strength—Responsibility and Commitment in New Era Enterprise Culture Construction." More than 300 people, including relevant leaders, enterprise culture experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and enterprise representatives, gathered together to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, exchange experience in enterprise Party building and enterprise culture construction, showcase the achievements of Party building in promoting enterprise development, and discuss the path of integrated development of enterprise Party building and enterprise culture construction in the new era.
