Snap-in Connection Prestressed Concrete Square Pile

"Snap-in Connection Prestressed Concrete Square Pile" is a building standard design structural drawing set approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Construction in 2017. The splicing of prestressed concrete square piles adopts snap-in connection, inserting high-strength connecting rods into the snap-in clips to form a connection device with integral resistance, featuring strict seismic standards, high bearing capacity, strong shear resistance, low damage rate and extremely high cost-effectiveness.

Recently, the "On-site Technical Seminar and Exchange Meeting on Snap-in Connection Prestressed Concrete Square Piles" was held at the construction site of the Jiaxing Rehabilitation Hospital (CITIC) new project, with nearly 50 participants including technical directors from relevant design, construction, supervision, cost consulting and some client units across the city. The main agenda of the exchange meeting included product introduction, interactive session and on-site observation.

As the chief editor unit of the drawing set and the supplier of prestressed concrete square piles, Jiaxing Xinchuang Concrete Products Co., Ltd. had Manager Wu Jiafeng of its Technology Center introduce the company's basic information, R&D capabilities, technical advantages and industry background.

Chen Lixin, Director of the Structural Committee of the Municipal Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, chaired the interactive session. The participating experts affirmed the features and advantages of the "Snap-in Connection Prestressed Concrete Square Pile" and raised questions to Xinchuang regarding the product's cost-effectiveness and scope of application, which Zhou Minhao, Deputy Director of Xinchuang's Technology Center, carefully and thoroughly addressed.

The Group Chairman expressed great gratitude to the experts for their valuable opinions and suggestions on the application of snap-in connection prestressed concrete square piles, and sincerely stated that the suggestions put forward by the experts represent the direction for future corporate improvement, and that product quality is the life of the enterprise.

Braving the high temperature and summer heat, the participants also made an on-site observation of the Jiaxing Rehabilitation Hospital (CITIC) new project where snap-in connection prestressed concrete square piles were being applied. Guided by the company's technical staff, they listened, observed and exchanged views while paying close attention to the pile driving of the concrete square piles.
