Recently, Chengdu Engineering Corporation (Chengkan Institute) successfully won the bid for the Guanghan High-Speed Railway Area Shantytown Renovation Construction Project, the "bundled" project of urban old residential community renovation in Luocheng Subdistrict of Guanghan City, and the Modih River Ecological Restoration and Treatment Project in Pidu District of Chengdu.

Guanghan Shantytown and Old Residential Community Renovation "Bundled" Project

Chengkan Institute successfully won the bid for the Guanghan High-Speed Railway Area Shantytown Renovation Construction Project and the "bundled" project of urban old residential community renovation in Luocheng Subdistrict of Guanghan City, undertaking surveying, geotechnical investigation, and geotechnical design work.

The projects are located in Guanghan City. Among them, the Guanghan High-Speed Railway Area Shantytown Renovation Construction Project covers an area of approximately 48.6 mu and plans to relocate and resettle about 1,004 households; the urban old residential community renovation project in Luocheng Subdistrict of Guanghan City involves 203 communities and more than 20,000 households, with a total renovation building area exceeding 2 million square meters.

The project is located in Ande Subdistrict, Pitong Subdistrict, and You'ai Town of Pidu District. Its main content is the comprehensive ecological restoration and treatment of the Modih River, including the construction of new ecological buffer zones, ecological revetments, and ecological water-replenishment artificial wetlands, carrying out aquatic ecological restoration and water system connectivity, and supporting smart supervision engineering, among others.

After completion, the project will bring a positive impact on the local ecological environment and lay a solid foundation for the region's sustainable development.
