August 6 (Report) — According to a message from the "Today's Doumen" WeChat official account, the Emergency Management Bureau of Doumen District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, issued a notice on the 6th stating that at around 16:50 on August 6, a two-story residential building in Niwan Village, Jing'an Town, Doumen District collapsed, trapping 4 people. After the accident, emergency response, public security, firefighting, health and other relevant departments rushed to the scene as soon as possible. As of now, 2 trapped people have been rescued, of whom 1 has minor injuries and 1 is receiving full medical treatment. Emergency response and aftermath work are proceeding intensively, and the cause of the accident is under further investigation.
