Since the beginning of this year, Ergun City has actively promoted the construction of key projects, continuously strengthened the sense of urgency to "advance quickly," seized progress on the "physical volume" of project advancement, continuously reinforced funding guarantees for project construction, and through various methods such as reverse scheduling of construction periods, wall-chart operations, and regular scheduling, ensured that projects proceed in an orderly manner strictly according to the timetable and roadmap. As of now, all 20 key projects at the Hulunbuir city level have resumed or started construction, completing an investment of 493 million yuan, with an investment completion rate of 53.5%.

In the project's command hall, work on the walls, ceilings, and floors as well as the installation of hall equipment such as LED display screens and wireless APs has been completed. Various software systems are undergoing optimization testing and data integration, and the overall project implementation progress is about 81%, with trial operation expected by the end of August.

At the same time, it has strengthened project planning and reserves, seized national policy opportunities, combined with industrial development needs, and relying on the national major project construction database, sorted out and submitted a batch of high-quality projects that conform to the investment direction and have mature preliminary work, creating an "advance volume" for project acquisition, and empowering the high-quality economic and social development of the county through key project construction.
