Excavators, mixers, road rollers, and engineering transport vehicles shuttle back and forth as the casting center project of Yichang Marine Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. proceeds at full pace. Wang Hua, the on-site project manager, said that summer rainstorms had once caused waterlogging, but the park's service task force quickly organized manpower to dig two 300-meter-long drainage ditches, completely solving the water accumulation problem. During construction, it was found that the bearing capacity of the foundation soil was insufficient to meet the construction requirements of a heavy steel-structure factory building, which once put the contractor in a difficult position. After multiple rounds of coordination, the project task force of the Yiling Economic Development Zone finally secured a soil source and, in just nine days, delivered 310,000 cubic meters of red sandstone to the company, greatly reducing construction time and costs.

Through the service mechanism of "leadership accountability + bimonthly follow-up visits + closed-loop problem resolution," Yiling District has deepened reform in the bidding and tendering sector and promoted the development of the credit system. Wang Hua said, "At present, most of the foundation pile construction for the factory building's equipment has been completed. According to schedule, the main structure construction of the factory building can begin in September."
